Refund Policy

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at fluffko6@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. You do not need to send the item back to us once your refund request is approved, we'll process it directly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at fluffko6@gmail.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
