Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not able to predict or control these fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Address
